Viva La Visa began with Andy — years on the road with The Mekons a seminal UK art punk band, tour‑managing major international artists, and seeing firsthand how artist visas and touring paperwork could slow down even the most co-ordinated tours.

When he stepped off the road to care of his two young children, Steel Pulse, the legendary reggae band, asked him to secure their visas. It clicked instantly: his legal training and lived touring experience gave him a rare ability to navigate artist visa applications without disrupting a band's creative flow — and to do it in a way that felt less like admin and more like having the right person in your corner.
