FOUNDER
Andy’s been at VLV’s helm since the start. A punk legend with a love of black and hats, he’s travelled globally as part of The Mekons and as a Tour Manager dealing with visa applications on the road which is how it all began!
VICTORIA PICARD
HEAD OF GLOBAL VISAS
Victoria (Tor) heads up the visa team here at VLV. She is known for her encyclopedic knowledge of immigration, particularly the EU post-Brexit! She is a mum to 4 children and enjoys swimming, paddle-boarding, and live music. If Tor doesn’t know it, it’s probably not worth knowing!

ACCOUNTS & FINANCE MANAGER
Jess joins us with a wealth of financial, accounting and administration knowledge. As well as number-crunching and keeping on top of the VLV accounts, Jess is a key player in company strategising and works with Scarlett as part of VLV’s HR team.

SENIOR GLOBAL VISA SPECIALIST
Milli is an experienced Visa Specialist, working closely alongside Tor to ensure things run smoothly. Milli has invaluable world-wide knowledge, particularly with the USA. As a passionate animal lover, she shares her home with her bossy cat and chihuahua, Logi, who is a regular visitor to the office and an excellent guard dog, despite his stature!

SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR
Jess is a vital member of the team here at Viva La Visa, working closely alongside our Visa Specialists; she seems to be across everything at all times! Jess is a K-pop fan, and in her spare time you will find her either baking or reading.

CLIENT LIAISON
Flint is our friendly client liaison based in London. Anyone who needs to attend the US embassy will be met by Flint, to assist in the smooth running of their appointment. He also submits in person London-based applications (and sometimes further afield!) as well as being on hand for last-last-minute collection and drop offs which always keep him busy!

Tina has joined the Viva La Visa team to support our growing UK department, bringing a calm and can-do attitude to her work. Outside the office, Tina swaps paperwork for peaceful walks in the countryside, Pilates sessions, and planning her next travel adventure.
MEREDITH CLARITY

Meredith heads up our UK department; she is IAA qualified and deals with all of our UK inbound applications.

Evie keeps the Viva La Visa engine running smoothly, from handling visa applications to making sure the office stays organised. She’s efficient, friendly, and always ready to lend a hand. Outside of work, Evie’s all about the fast lane – she’s a big F1 fan as well as a live music lover, and she’ll never say no to a great concert!

Alex has a passion for anything USA related; if she isn’t in the US or enjoying travelling the rest of the world you will find her curled up with her Cavalier King Charles – Belle, and a good old horror film! Alex looks after our EU enquiries as well as assisting with the UK department.

Sian, one of our lovely Global Visa Specialists, tries to get to as many gigs and festivals as she can - she loves all music but is a rocker at heart. She's also a black-belt in kick-boxing! When she's not doing any of the above, you'll find her out walking her dog Ziggy, named after David Bowie.

Amelia is a dedicated Global Visa Specialist who guides clients through the visa process with care and efficiency, ensuring every application runs smoothly. Outside of work, she lives on a farm, where she enjoys caring for animals and spending time outdoors. She also loves visiting new places and has previously lived in Spain, giving her a wider perspective on travel and international experiences.
